		<description>As far as I remember, I didn&#039;t eat anything unusual that day. I&#039;m pretty sure I just overdid it. My bag was pretty heavy that day, and I remember  having that weight on my shoulder made me feel worse right after I left the donation center.</description>

Then, I figured out that &quot;good breakfast&quot; that I made sure to eat on the days that I was giving blood contained a lot of food that I didn&#039;t normally eat, and one ingredient in particular, was one that I was allergic to (food sensitivity) which made me feel as if I had the flu afterwards.</description>
